The former sites had a combined 600 members at the time of closing. Notice was given to all members that I felt bad about how things had ended up, but the only way to continue was to start over with a fresh start and new beginning. As a courtesy, I offered to extend existing recurring subscriptions from the old sites until they reached their renewal dates, at which time memberships would be cancelled. I strongly urged members to take advantage of the special offers that were being run…

One such offer was made to those with platinum or “lifetime” memberships. A FREE membership valued at $499.00 was offered to said members if they agreed to a $50.00 annually recurring account maintenence and set up fee. The Terms of Service specifically stated that any memberships that were cancelled would be cancelled immediately and the user removed from the database. By cancelling, the account maintenance and setup fee which was to be on a recurring basis, was renigged on by several members.

This was NOT A MEMBERSHIP nor SUBSCRIPTION fee. It was a fee charged to have an account set up here, and AS A COURTESY, perhaps out of a sense of moral obligation, I gave FREE access to those members that opted in. It gave no right to access any part of this website, if cancelled. If you cancelled, you got what you paid for; An account set up in your name with a free membership included as my gift to you. I did not cancel any of them. Several of you thought you would get free access to my services for fifty dollars for the next year by cancelling said membership. All access privilages have subsequently been removed .. AS REQUESTED, by those that SELF CANCELLED the annually recurring account maintenence fee.

There are a few exceptions, specifically relating to those recurring memberships that pre-existed in that they renewed in some cases before I had a chance to deactivate them. All recurring memberships from the old sites were cancelled by me approximately two weeks ago. The gesture to allow those to continue as active memberships here at BJMstocks.com, resulted in more problems –in that 90% of you used different usernames, and email addresses to sign up here, despite multiple requests to not do so.

Except for the exceptions noted above, and having taken enough time away from what it is many of you are complaining about not finding here; and not being able to access the site because of your own username and email changes (that many of you are under the apparent belief I have psychic powers to detect on my own) the courtesty memberships I extended from the former sites, is revoked, effective immediately.

We have as of now, 346 remaining members of the original 600. If you can sign in still, you are in. This doesnt apply to you. If you have to reregister because your username is no longer in the database, you have been shown the door. This site is officially closed to any member that did not specifically join us, and closed to those that thought a 500.00 membership could be attained through fraud. You will have to join again, and the special price of FREE with an annually recurring account maintenance fee of $50.00 that was offered as a gesture of good faith of course, is no longer available. Do the math and on a pro-rated basis,a fifty dollar payment on pro-rated membership basis valued at 500.00 ends after 41.67 days. YOU RECEIVED MUCH MORE than what have you paid for. Any questions? YOU DID IT. YOU REQUESTED IT. YOU CLICKED THE ENTER BUTTON TO CANCEL or CALLED YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY HOPING TO GET FREE ACCESS that would not be seen by me. WRONG! I am not responsible for your poor decisions or actions. I will begin Monday with a fresh start here, the way it was intended with the 347 members we have as a starting point. I would rather have 10 members that are of the kind we have now, than 10,000 thieves and liars that blame everyone but themselves for the problems they created here and think they can game the system because Midas, Spencer or Newman said so…go get your stock info from them…let me know how it works out for you…

Where is the public record of their accomplishments? If you’re wondering, the answer is yes. I’ve grown up. You should try it sometime. Sirius XM is changing. Liberty is on the move. This site is changing. It’s time you did too. If you want in, and you want to grow with me, do so before Monday morning, because the specials running now are again only there as a courtesy that I will be removing Sunday night.

Not another minute will be wasted on non member site issues and all such commentary will be removed, and user bans initiated. This bullshit of destracting me from my work ends right here, right now. Take it or leave it…I’m going to make our members money. It’s what I do. You want some? Or do you prefer the mentality of the lemming following the others off the cliff?
